Research Study - Understanding the Needs of Children with Pituitary Conditions

Jade Walsh, Masters Student, Plymouth University

Calling young people - your chance to take part in a research study!!

Young People

We’re still looking for people to take part in this online research study. As a reminder, we are interested in hearing about what it’s like to have a pituitary condition as a young person, how decisions are made about your medical care, and any issues about the transition from paediatric to adult care.

To take part you need to be aged between 10 and 21 years and be willing to be interviewed in a private, safe, chat-room online with Jade. If you decide to take part in the study as a thank you we will put your name into draw to win a £50, £20 or £10 Amazon voucher.

The research has been approved by the University of Plymouth and is supported by The Pituitary Foundation.

If you or your child would be interested in taking part please feel free to contact Jade for more information at jade.walsh@students.plymouth.ac.uk.

Please note: For anyone who has opted in to our research study database, we wanted to inform you that we are still in the process of getting this up and running.

We will be able to contact appropriate participants from our database about future studies soon.
