Our services and office will be taking a short break over the Christmas season. See the hours below to see where and when you can get the information you need.
Please seek medical help in the event of illness. For adrenal crisis, call 999, ask for ambulance and state ‘adrenal crisis’
Admin Line
The Office Administration Line (0117 370 1333) will be closed from 5pm on Thursday 17th December 2020, and will reopen at 9am on Monday 4th January.
Endocrine Nurse Helpline
The Endocrine Nurse Helpline (0117 370 1317) will be closed from 1.30pm on Monday 21st December, and will reopen at 9.30am on Monday 4th January.
Patient Support Helpline
The Patient Support & Information Helpline (0117 370 1320) will be closed from 4pm on Tuesday 22nd December, and will reopen at 10am on Monday 4th January.
Text and Email Helplines
These will be checked intermittently throughout the Christmas period and will re-open fully from Mon 4th Jan.
