Hospital Information Stand

Each stand comes complete with a large display stand to display The Pituitary Foundation’s resources to your patients.

Each stand comes with a range of resources, including the following:

• 120 booklets of your choice from our range of publications
• 3  ‘tear-and-share’ referral pads containing information about our resources to share with patients (50 pages per pad)
• 10 information posters
• 4 copies of our patient magazine Pituitary Life
• 1 GP ‘FactFile’ – a booklet containing information about pituitary conditions designed specifically for medical professionals
• 1 of each of the following, to have as an example for your patients:
  • Hydrocortisone advice leaflet
  • Patient Care Card
  • Steroid Dependent Card
  • AVP-D/DI Awareness Card
  • AVD-D/DI Toilet Card

The stand will be sent to you in a box and will need to be assembled on site.
