The UK Acromegaly Register (UKAR) started in 1997. The register is a list of people with acromegaly and gigantism. Its purpose is to collect information about these conditions. It has helped us learn more about acromegaly and gigantism. It has also helped us learn about the treatments used for these conditions. Currently, it’s not active. The UKAR steering group is a team of people who are patients, doctors and a UK Society for Endocrinology member. They want to know if it is a good idea to reopen the registry.

The Society for Endocrinology would like to understand what users want to guide the next steps with the UKAR. The survey should take around 10-15 minutes.
